Passengers can simply register for a free user account click here and start booking flights immediately. Aircraft Operators click here.

IS MY CONTACT INFORMATION SHARED?
Both Passenger and Aircraft Operator information is kept confidential until a posting is accepted. When accepted, Passenger and Aircraft Operator information is revealed and exchanged.

WHAT ARE THE FEES ASSOCIATED WITH USING PLANEFINDER?
As a Passenger there are NO FEES charged by PlaneFinder.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO BE A PLANFINDER OPERATOR?
All Aircraft Operators must hold a valid FAA “Air Charter” certificate (Issued under 14 CFR Part 135).

IS MY POSTING A BINDING CONTRACT?
Yes. If an Aircraft Operator accepts your posting , the acceptance converts into a final contract.

DOES PLANEFINDER OWN OR OPERATE ANY AIRCRAFT?
No, PlaneFinder does not own or operate any aircraft. Instead, PlaneFinder gives you unbiased access to Aircraft Operators all across the country

WHEN DO I PAY FOR MY FLIGHT?
Payment is contracted directly with the Aircraft Operator. The Aircraft Operator typically charges your credit card, in full, after completion of the flight.

HOW MUCH SHOULD I BID FOR A FLIGHT?
Normal charter costs are based upon the flight time and the type of aircraft used. While passengers booking through PlaneFinder can attempt to book flights at any price, typical charter rates can be found using the graph below:
